Our virtual meet ‘n greet is the initial meeting between Chicago Pet Sitters, you and your pet, all online. While in the past we would come to your home, social distancing and extreme precaution for the safety of our staff and potential clients during the COVID-19 pandemic is paramount. By meeting ahead of time, you have the opportunity to ask question and see if our service is right for you.
Chicago Pet Sitters takes great pride in a strong internal community. No. Chicago Pet Sitters will administer positive reinforcement for pets in accordance with your training guidelines, but our primary goal is to ensure that your pet is safe and happy. If there is a disciplinary problem, your sitter will notify you.
At the meet and greet, you will decide with your sitter what services you need. You will then need to provide CPS two (2) sets of house keys. The keys will be kept secure in our office until the time of your visit.
You will receive a notification from our system when we enter your home, and your Chicago Pet Sitter will send you a detailed report on his or her visit, along with a photo and time stamp. Should anything urgent arise, we will reach out immediately.
Currently, we service Bucktown/Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, Logan Square, Palmer Square, Avondale, Lakeview, Wrigleyville, North Center, Roscoe Village, Lincoln Park, Old Town. We plan on expanding into other areas soon!
