Behind all of our cute Facebook posts and the notes we leave at your house, there’s more than meets the eye. We’re all educated and thirsting for knowledge, and we’re most interested in providing the best care of your pet. You’ll often find us researching and attending seminars and training sessions, all so we can be the best at what we do.
A little about me: I started Chicago Pet Sitters in 2005 after discovering a need for quality care in the pet-sitting industry. I was the first and only dog walker for Chicago Pet Sitters during the first year and a half until I hired my first sitter.
Since then we’ve been through growing pains and learning experiences that have made us who we are today. Most recently, I was accepted into and completed Goldman Sachs’ Small Businesses program where we focused on becoming an even better service.
Presently, we have quite a team of amazing sitters and a killer manager who help uphold the quality of our service. Through our blog, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from a few of us.
Our objective is to provide you with information on nutrition, good practices, quirky facts and the unique perspective of a sitter. If you have a specific topic you’d like us to cover, just let us know. We’d love to do the legwork and research to answer any and all of your questions.
